Article 1: Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings: 1.1 Tulip Tours Holland: the business that offers products and/or services to customers through the webshop www.tuliptoursholland.com. 1.2 Customer: the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Tulip Tours Holland. 1.3 Products: all goods that are the subject of a purchase agreement between the customer and Tulip Tours Holland. 1.4 Services: all activities, in any form, that Tulip Tours Holland performs for or on behalf of the customer.

Article 2: Applicability

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, offers, activities, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of Tulip Tours Holland.

Article 3: Formation of Agreement

3.1 The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order with Tulip Tours Holland through the webshop. 3.2 After ordering, the customer receives a confirmation by email with the details of the purchase and these general terms and conditions.

Article 4: Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices used by Tulip Tours Holland are in euros, include VAT and exclude any other costs such as administration costs, delivery costs, and travel expenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed upon. 4.2 Payment must be made when placing the order on the website.

Article 5: Delivery and Delivery Time

5.1 Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. In principle, Tulip Tours Holland aims to deliver orders within 5 working days. However, this period is indicative and not to be considered as a strict deadline. 5.2 If a product, for any reason, has a longer delivery time or cannot be delivered (temporarily), the customer will be informed in a timely manner. 5.3 Deliveries take place at the address specified by the customer during the formation of the agreement.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. 6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, physically acquires the product.

Article 7: Retention of Title

7.1 All products delivered remain the property of Tulip Tours Holland until the customer has fully met all his payment obligations regarding the products or services provided by Tulip Tours Holland.

Article 8: Warranty and Conformity

8.1 Tulip Tours Holland ensures that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability. 8.2 The warranty mentioned in this article applies for a period of 24 months after delivery.

Article 9: Complaints Procedure

9.1 Complaints about the delivery must be reported in writing to Tulip Tours Holland within a competent time after discovery, but no later than 14 days after the delivery of the relevant products. 9.2 The customer provides as detailed a description as possible of the shortcoming, so that Tulip Tours Holland is able to respond adequately.

Article 10: Liability

10.1 Tulip Tours Holland’s liability for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit, missed savings, damage due to business stagnation, and damage as a result of claims from third parties is excluded.
